Run a professional services directory with verified profiles

A professional services directory lists certified or specialized providers, such as accountants, lawyers, consultants and clinicians, by specialty and location. Directories.ai supports specialty categories, custom fields for credentials, and a claim workflow where professionals take ownership of their own profile, while your AI assistant keeps data complete and consistent.

Trust is the product

Visitors choose a professional on credibility. Profiles need to be complete, accurate and ideally maintained by the professional. A claimed profile is a strong trust signal, and the claim review step lets you approve who owns what.

  • Custom fields on listings for licences, credentials and specialties
  • Specialty and sub-specialty categories
  • Claim requests reviewed by you before ownership changes
  • Profile completeness scoring to see which profiles undermine trust

How the AI assistant helps

Ask the assistant to score profiles and fix the weakest, draft specialty guides and FAQs from the profiles you have, and run invitation campaigns for unclaimed ones. Contact and credential details come from the profile itself or the professional’s own site, never invented.

Frequently asked questions

Can professionals manage their own profiles?

Yes. They request to claim a listing and, once you approve, it is marked claimed and they can maintain it.

Do you verify credentials?

You decide what to verify. The claim review step puts approval in your hands, and custom fields let you display credentials you have confirmed.
